Huawei B525s-23a - is Cell ID Locking possible?

I hope you won't mind me invading your forum and speaking in English.

I have the above router with the following firmware:

Device name: B525s-23a
Hardware version: WL1B520FM
Software version: 11.190.65.00.00
Web UI version: 21.100.31.00.03(11.236.01.00.00)_Mod1.5

The router has bridge mode and manual DNS.

I have seen on YouTube several Cell ID Locking firmware tutorials that modify the network band UI page. Is this actually possible and, if so, please can you recommend a firmware version number?
