Zdaża się czasami (raz na 1-3 godziny) lub dość często (3 minuty) że transfer jest dobry (jak na EDGE) i następuje rozłączenie (odłożenie słuchawki). Modem ustawiam przy pomocy usb_modeswitch, natomiast łącze się wvdial'em.
Czym to jest spowodowane? Czy można ustawić w skrypcie coś żeby łączył się ponownie po odłożeniu słuchawki, albo w ogóle jej nie odkładał?

Ok dzięki, sprawdzymy jak będzie chodziło;) Jeśli w tydzień nic się nie stanie to temat będzie zamknięty.

Ale musiałem usunąć dowiązania /etc/rc.*/K90network, bo w serviceconf (Ustawienia/Usługi) niby był wyłączony Network Manager, alpet dla GNOME również, ale nadal się uruchamiał. Dziwna sprawa.

To niby może być problem z portami, jeśli nie sprawdzałeś to podłącz pod inny:

Ewentualnie, jeśli nic to nie da, możesz napisać skrypt który będzie automatycznie łączył po rozłączeniu.

Tutaj jest podany sposób na sprawdzanie łączenia co minutę, wprawdzie jest to przykład z modemem Siemens ES75 ale może go przerobisz dla własnych potrzeb:

Odpaliłem również polecenie call pppd iplus, czyli przy pomocy chata, ale też czesam rozłącza neta.

Co do tego pierwszego to jest jakiś problem z hardwerem, wpisz w google

Fedora 10? Może skompiluj se nowszego kernela.
Co do drugiego błędu to pulseaudio, masz w ogóle dźwięk?

Mam 2.6.30.9 (na 2.6.31 w ogóle nie odpalał modemu). Na 2.6.30 (bez .9) wywalał czasami błąd jądra.
Reasumując na aktualnym 2.6.30.9 chodzi najlepiej, ale na każdym rozłącza w ten sposób

Dźwięk oczywiście mam i nie narzekam.

@raven18 - moze faktycznie częściowo jest problem z portami. Teraz przełączyłem na te z tyłu obudowy i tych errorów nie ma. Czasami jednak zrobi hang up ale taki trochę dziwny - wysyła dane, nie odbiera i po minucie hang up, albo od razu po restarcie (czas 0.1ms). Ale może TTTM (ten typ tak ma)

W podpisie masz "LINUX FEDORA 10 ..." . Czy próbowałeś już łączyć się z internetem poprzez najnowszą wersję Fedora 12 ? Ja mam już ją zainstalowaną - jest to wersja LiveCD (z Gnome)- wgrana przeze mnie na HDD. Ten post jest właśnie z Fedorki 12 Constantine i UMTSmon.

Co dziwne, ja mam Playa i powinny być inne DNS-y, ale jest połączenie i strony wczytują się prawidłowo. Niestety po rozłączeniu (bez fizycznego odłączenia modemu) i ponownym uruchomieniu NM już nie łączy, trzeba zrestartować kompa. Dlatego też wgrałem pakiet rpm UMTSmon pobrany z:

i dzięki temu, po odpowiednich modyfikacjach, łączę się z siecią tym programem z poziomu zwykłego użytkownika. Samo połączenie czasami zerwie, a program UMTSmon zminimalizowany na bieżąco pokazuje wartość CSQ i w tej chwili mam wskażnik 8.
Jeśli masz możliwość to sprawdź swój modem w najnowszej Fedorce 12, w wersji LiveCD.

Problem jakoś po przełączeniu na tylne porty zamiast przednich zniknął. A nie chce mi się instalować nowej Fedory jak 10 dobrze chodzi.
