M&G share price nears 52-week high after $1.1bn CVC private equity deal
London, Feb 16, 2026, 15:16 GMT — Regular session M&G gained roughly 1% on Monday, closing in on a 52-week high as investors digested its $1.1 billion private equity secondaries deal with CVC Secondary Partners. By 1500 GMT, shares traded 1.1% higher at 314.2 pence, just off an earlier peak of 316.3.
