Qantas boosts Europe flights to Rome and Paris as Middle East war disrupts travel
Qantas will increase Perth-Rome flights to daily and boost Sydney-Paris services to five times weekly via Singapore, starting mid-April. The airline is reallocating Boeing 787s from U.S. routes and Airbus A330s from domestic flights to support the changes. Gulf hub disruptions have pushed more travelers onto these routes. Analysts say fares are unlikely to fall due to high fuel costs and limited capacity.
