Compass Group PLC’s AI Kitchen Deal Could Cut Waste. The Bigger Test Comes in May
Compass Group North America reported an 11% drop in kitchen food waste for 2025. The company will roll out Mill Industries’ AI-powered food-waste system in its kitchens from 2027. Compass shares closed down 1.7% at $29.57 in London ahead of half-year results due May 11.
