Intuit shares closed Friday up 0.3% at $399.40 ahead of the U.S. holiday shutdown. The company’s marketing chief said AI “agents” now handle campaign work that once took weeks. Intuit’s next events are the Feb. 24 Connect ON virtual meeting and fiscal Q2 results on Feb. 26. U.S. markets reopen Tuesday after Presidents Day.

M&G shares rose about 1% in London on Monday, reaching 316.3 pence intraday, after CVC committed $1.1 billion to M&G’s 2025 PE Secondary Fund. The company also completed a £180 million bulk annuity buy-in for Senior plc’s pension plan.

JTC shares rose 0.15% to 1,294 pence in London, remaining below the 1,340p cash offer.
