Eli Lilly warns some Medicare patients may pay above $50 for weight-loss drugs
Eli Lilly said some basic Medicare Part D plans may not honor the $50 monthly cap for its weight-loss drugs under the new federal program starting July 1. Most plans are expected to comply. The $50 copay will not count toward deductibles or annual out-of-pocket caps. Lilly shares fell 0.6% in early trading Tuesday.
