Cloudastructure Inc. shares traded at $0.478 before Tuesday’s U.S. open after the company disclosed a Nasdaq noncompliance notice for missing its quarterly SEC filing. The company has until July 25 to submit a compliance plan and faces a separate deadline in August to regain the $1 minimum bid price. Trading remains unaffected for now. Cloudastructure cited accounting review of convertible preferred stock as the cause of the delay.
