The Dallas-based royalty owner reported first-quarter net income of $29.1 million, up from $17.6 million a year earlier. Brent crude was down $2.70 at $108.58 a barrel and WTI off $2.30 at $101.85. Peers Black Stone Minerals and Viper Energy also declined, while Texas Pacific Land gained.
