Generation Income Properties Inc. traded at $0.207 in U.S. pre-market Thursday after raising $4.4 million in a public offering of 23.825 million shares and matching warrants at 21 cents each. The move more than tripled its share count from mid-May. The REIT’s market cap stood near $1.4 million. Nasdaq has given the company until August 4 to meet a $2.5 million equity threshold.
