Golden Sun Technology Group Ltd shares rose about 2.3% to $0.418 in premarket indications Friday, still below Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid requirement. The company faces possible delisting if it fails to lift its closing price above $1 for 10 consecutive days by Oct. 12. Golden Sun reported a 483% jump in fiscal 2025 revenue to $35.5 million, but net loss widened to $5.2 million. The firm cited “substantial doubt” about its ability to continue operating.
