Imunon Shares Trade Early After CEO Gets Stock Grant
Imunon shares rose 3.5% to $2.38 in thin pre-market trading Thursday after an SEC filing showed CEO Stacy Lindborg received 1,491 shares instead of part of her cash salary. The company has warned of “substantial doubt” about its ability to continue operating. Only 531 shares changed hands pre-market.
