iSpecimen trades near lows as cash test and vote loom
iSpecimen shares fell 1.1% in pre-market trading Friday to $3.284, near record lows after a 1-for-40 reverse split. The company scheduled its delayed annual meeting for May 29 as investors watched weak cash and revenue figures. iSpecimen raised $2.5 million in a private placement this month, but cash reserves dropped to $2.82 million at March 31. Management cited “substantial doubt” about its ability to continue as a going concern.
