Nuvve Slips Under $1 As Nasdaq Deadline Nears
Nuvve Holding Corp. last traded at 36.27 cents in the U.S., still under Nasdaq’s $1 minimum required for listing. The electric-vehicle charging and grid-services firm is up against a Friday deadline in its bid to stay listed. The shares were up 1.31 cents from the previous close in the latest trade. Nuvve’s latest problem isn’t about a new order or earnings. An 8-K posted to its investor site, filed May 26, showed Nasdaq told the company that its late Form 10-Q gave regulators another reason to consider delisting.
