PMEC Dips Below $1; Primech Contract Wins Don’t Halt Selloff
Primech Holdings shares fell 9% to $0.7001 Thursday, keeping the Singapore-based company’s Nasdaq listing below the $1 minimum bid price. The drop comes despite recent cleaning and robotics contracts, including a $24.8 million airport deal and a three-year robot deployment. Primech has until Aug. 24, 2026, to regain compliance or face possible delisting. Market capitalization stood at about $24.9 million.
