Pono Capital Four SPAC drops under $10 with little trading
Pono Capital Four Class A shares closed at $9.88, down 0.1% on light volume, as the Nasdaq hit a record high. The SPAC reported $120.18 million in its trust as of March 31 and secured a $100,000 no-interest note for merger expenses. Pono has not begun operations and remains below its $10 IPO price.
