Sizzle Acquisition Corp. II shares edged up half a cent to $10.32 in light trading Tuesday as Nasdaq reopened after Memorial Day. The SPAC’s price remained about 7 cents below its March-end redemption value, with no operating revenue reported for the quarter. Sizzle and Trasteel Holding S.A. signed a definitive merger deal in April, valuing the combined company at $1.3 billion if no redemptions occur.
