VerifyMe Stock Slides Again as Nasdaq $1 Deadline and Open World Merger Looms
VerifyMe Inc. shares fell 1.6% to $0.6299 Wednesday, remaining below Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid after a quarterly revenue drop to $1.8 million and a net loss of $0.7 million. The company faces a Nasdaq delisting deadline of Oct. 14 and is pursuing a merger with blockchain firm Open World, which would leave current shareholders with about 10% of the combined company.
