Gasoline prices inch higher again as RBOB futures slip; Iran talks and U.S. inventory data are next
U.S. wholesale gasoline futures slipped 0.22% to $2.2419 a gallon Tuesday after the front-month contract rolled to April. Retail pump prices continued to rise, with AAA reporting a national average of $2.951 a gallon, up from $2.862 a month ago. Seasonal refinery maintenance and Middle East tensions remain in focus. Traders await U.S. inventory data and Thursday’s U.S.-Iran talks.
