KPIT Technologies founder and chairman S.B. (Ravi) Pandit died in Pune on Friday, the company said in a regulatory filing. The cause of death was not disclosed and no successor was named. KPIT reported Q4FY26 revenue of $185 million and $349 million in new deals, but shares had fallen the previous day after a 33% drop in quarterly profit. Markets were closed at the time of the announcement.
