Enerflex stock dips in premarket after INNIO deal-fueled surge; dividend and 2026 spending in focus
Enerflex shares fell about 1% to $23.00 premarket Friday after a 17% surge Thursday. The company agreed to sell most Asia-Pacific aftermarket operations to INNIO, targeting a second-half 2026 close. Fourth-quarter free cash flow hit a record $141 million, while net debt dropped to $501 million. A quarterly dividend of C$0.0425 per share is set for March 25.
