SanDisk stock slips after hours as SK hynix “HBF” push meets insider sale plan
Sandisk (SNDK) shares fell 2.5% to $635.31 Friday and slipped another 0.4% after hours, following news of a director filing to sell 3,500 shares and a joint HBF standardization project with SK hynix. The Nasdaq Composite closed down 0.9%. Western Digital remains a major shareholder after last year's Sandisk spin-off.
