  • Infleqtion to go public via SPAC merger; CEO outlines plan to win in quantum race

Infleqtion uses neutral-atom quantum technology, diverging from peers that rely on trapped-ion or superconducting approaches. The pre-merger valuation was about $1.8 billion, well below listed peers. Citron Research previously called Infleqtion the most compelling quantum trade, saying CCCX led Rigetti.
