The system bundles built-in routers, a cellular antenna and dual-SIM support, tying into CellGate's cloud-based TrueCloud Connect platform for remote connectivity monitoring. SurePath automatically switches from wired internet to cellular when the primary link fails, keeping critical access control online and reducing downtime in multi-family, commercial and secured properties. The company cites the shift away from legacy landlines and the need for redundancy in outages. CellGate President Noel Gouldin said the feature should accelerate adoption of internet-based access control by removing outage hesitations. SurePath is available now for existing customers on compatible hardware and firmware, with eligibility checks via CellGate's team.
