The device mirrors the Watch 5 lineage, but with a blue-themed frame and strap and a 10th anniversary logo. It uses a nylon braided silicone strap with a soft, breathable outer layer and a skin-friendly inner silicone core. Built like the Watch 5, it features an LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with up to 3000-nit peak brightness, sapphire glass, and an aerospace-grade titanium case. A new X-Tap sensor on the right consolidates ECG, PPG, and a 10-level tactile sensor for health checks with a press-and-hold. It also enables touch-free gestures for calls and menu navigation. The design tweaks give it a special edition look while preserving familiar specs.
