Nie mogę się zalogować
Gdy próbujemy zalogować się na stronie Orange przy pomocy Hasła i loginu z umowy pojawia nam się komunikat: Podałeś błędny login lub hasło. Sprawdź je i wpisz jeszcze raz.
Krok I
Musimy sprawdzić czy na umowie mamy podane właściwe hasło w tym celu bierzemy umowę i telefon. Dzwonimy pod numer 510-100-100 wybieramy oferty internetowe... rozmowa z konsultantem.
Krok II
Mówimy konsultantowi o sprawie pytamy się czy login i hasło są ok. Jeśli stwierdzi że nie podajemy mu odpowiednie dane osoby na którą jest umowa i on powinien nam odpowiedzieć.
Krok III
Sprawdzamy na stronie Orange.pl czy nowy login i Hasło działają
Problem 2
Gdy chce sprawdzić stan konta pojawia mi się komunikat: Przepraszamy ale informacje o dostępnych środkach są chwilowo niedostępne.
Krok I
Wchodzimy na stronę Orange.pl logujemy się i klikamy na zakładkę.

Jeśli zobaczmy komunikat:
Numer telefonu bez uprawnień do korzystania z aplikacji (brak numeru reprezentanta) dzwonimy pod numer 510-100-100 i wybieramy oferty internetowe... rozmowa z konsultantem.
Krok II
Podajemy konsultantowi dane login hasło... I swój numer telefonu on wszystko sprawdzi zapisze tam twój numer i powie że do 72 godzin powinno działać(nieraz aktywuje się od razu nieraz po 24 godzinach).
Krok III
Po tym czasie wchodzimy na Orange.pl logujemy się i wybieramy Orange on-line>Stan konta i pakietów powinny pokazać się dane w KB.
WAŻNE: STAN PAKIETÓW NIE POJAWIA SIĘ NA STRONIE KTÓRĄ WIDZIMY PO LOGOWANIU. TAM ZAWSZE INFORMACJE SĄ "CHWILOWĄ" NIEDOSTĘPNE.
