In the keynote, CEO Lisa Su highlighted Helios, a rack-scale platform built around Instinct MI455X accelerators, billed to deliver up to 3 AI exaflops per rack. An exaflop equals 10^18 operations per second; a yotta-scale target implies 10^24. The stack is designed to challenge Nvidia in AI infrastructure. AMD also rolled out the Ryzen AI Halo processor to push AI tasks to local devices, reducing cloud reliance. The company reiterated long-term targets of about 80% annualized growth in its AI data center business and roughly 35% companywide. In the latest quarter, data-center revenue rose 22% year over year, underscoring momentum ahead of Helios and new accelerators.
