Goodman Group up with attention on distribution and data-centre deals
Goodman Group closed at A$32.70, up 1.4%, after declaring a 15-cent unfranked distribution for June. The S&P/ASX 200 rose 0.54% to 8,966.30. Investors remain focused on Goodman’s data centre expansion, which made up 73% of its A$14.5 billion work in progress as of March 31. The company reported 95.7% occupancy and 4.1% net property income growth in Q3.
