Mirvac Group and Lendlease are leading contenders to redevelop Brisbane’s former Visy glass site, according to the Courier-Mail, though Economic Development Queensland has not confirmed the shortlist. The 7.1-hectare riverfront property could support over 4,000 homes. Market proposals began in March, with vacant possession expected from March 2027.
