Netflix buys Ben Affleck’s AI film-tech startup InterPositive as Hollywood warms to production tools
Netflix acquired AI filmmaking startup InterPositive, founded by Ben Affleck, who will join as a senior advisor. The company said InterPositive’s technology helps edit existing footage but will not be mandated across productions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Netflix shares rose 0.5% to $99.17 on Thursday.
