Blink Charging Slips Under 70 Cents After Envoy Deal
Blink Charging shares fell nearly 9% to $0.6881 Friday after announcing the sale of its Envoy Technologies unit to Blade Ranger. The stock remains below Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid with a compliance deadline in July. ChargePoint and EVgo shares also dropped sharply. Blink reported Q1 revenue of $20.8 million and a net loss of $11.6 million.
