CollPlant Biotechnologies closed at $0.3949 on Thursday, down 1.25%, remaining below Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid requirement. The company has until Sept. 21 to regain compliance or risk delisting. First-quarter revenue fell to $73,000 from $2.1 million a year earlier, with $4.3 million in cash reported as of March 31. Management said cost cuts included a 50% reduction in headcount.
