EquipmentShare.com Inc. saw shares surge in midday trade Wednesday, with the January IPO moving higher ahead of Chief Executive Jabbok Schlacks's appearance at a KeyBanc Capital Markets conference this week. EquipmentShare shares gained 4.9% to $22.63 on Nasdaq, topping out at $22.83 after an open at $21.59. EQPT outperformed the Nasdaq Composite, which slipped about 0.1%.
