Iron Dome Acquisition sits at $10.10, faces bigger SPAC challenge
Iron Dome Acquisition I Corp. units traded at $10.10 in early Nasdaq pre-market, up 0.6% from the last close. The SPAC reported $157.8 million in its trust account after its May IPO, equating to about $10.05 per public share. Iron Dome has not announced a merger target. SPAC IPOs accounted for 67% of U.S. IPOs so far in 2026, with Iron Dome units returning 1.0%.
