Iveda Shares Slip Near 31 Cents Before Nasdaq Review
Iveda Solutions shares fell 5.6% to $0.3116 Thursday, near a 52-week low and well below Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid. The company reported Q1 revenue of $1.49 million, mostly from two Taiwan customers, and a net loss of $532,831. Cash rose to $5.7 million after a stock sale, but operating cash flow was negative. Nasdaq has warned Iveda of noncompliance with listing rules.
