Kyverna Therapeutics Stock Barely Moves—The Bigger CAR-T Test Is Coming
Kyverna Therapeutics shares were little changed at $7.90 after updated Phase 1 data showed four of six rheumatoid arthritis patients met ACR70 at 36 weeks with no severe immune or neurological side effects. The Phase 2 trial comparing miv-cel to rituximab is fully enrolled. Kyverna began a rolling BLA for miv-cel in stiff person syndrome and reported $236.4 million in cash as of March 31.
