Oaktree’s OACC SPAC Looks Quiet. The October Deadline Is the Real Story
Oaktree Acquisition Corp. III Life Sciences shares last traded at $10.62, valuing the healthcare SPAC at about $261 million. Fort Baker Capital disclosed a 5.1% passive stake in a May 15 SEC filing. OACC has until Oct. 25, 2026, to complete a merger or seek an extension. The company reported no operating revenue and $1.39 million net income for the first quarter.
