Orrstown Shares Jump as Markets Reopen; Some Traders Take Note
Orrstown shares rose 1.1% to $37.01 in early Tuesday trading as U.S. markets reopened after Memorial Day. The Pennsylvania bank will see Adam L. Metz take over as CEO on June 1. First-quarter net income was $21.8 million, with deposits up $98.7 million and loans rising $40.6 million. Regional bank stocks, including Fulton Financial and ACNB, also traded higher.
