Power Solutions International will open Friday at $41.99 on Nasdaq after losing nearly 2% Thursday, capping a monthlong slide of almost 43%. Q1 net sales fell to $128.6 million from $135.4 million, with net income dropping to $7.3 million. CEO Dino Xykis resigned May 12, replaced on an interim basis by CFO Xun Li. The company cited weak oil-and-gas demand and higher costs for the decline.
