Peloton Shares Pop on Small-Cap Index News, With Week Ahead Key for Support
Peloton shares jumped 10.23% to close at $5.71 Friday after S&P Dow Jones Indices said the stock will join the S&P SmallCap 600 before trading opens May 27. U.S. markets are closed Monday for Memorial Day. The move follows Peloton’s May 7 report of $26 million in net income and $151 million in free cash flow, but subscriptions continue to decline.
