Pulmatrix Stock Slides As Eos Merger Clock Starts To Matter For PULM Holders
Pulmatrix shares fell 1.44% to $1.37 in thin early Nasdaq trading Monday, with no new company news since its May 15 quarterly report and Eos merger update. Holders are expected to own about 6% of the combined company if the Eos deal closes. Pulmatrix reported $3.3 million in cash at March 31 and warned of “substantial doubt” about its ability to continue without the merger.
