Pyxis Oncology shares rose to $1.71 in early trading Friday after management spoke at the Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference. The company expects to release mid-year data from its MICVO trial in head and neck cancer. Pyxis reported $42.5 million in cash as of March 31, enough to fund operations into the fourth quarter of 2026. Market cap stands at about $109 million.
