Rocky Brands shares rose 1.7% to $37.30 Thursday after its annual meeting and a first quarter marked by a 74.5% drop in net income to $1.3 million, hit by $7.1 million in tariff costs. Net sales climbed 9.1% to $124.4 million, with retail sales up 16.5%. Gross margin fell to 36.5% from 41.2% a year earlier. The company raised its quarterly dividend to 17 cents a share, payable June 15.
