Radware Drops 3% After Shareholder Vote
Radware shareholders approved all three proposals at the May 25 annual meeting, the company said Wednesday. Shares closed down 3% at $29.00, below the 52-week high. First-quarter revenue rose 11% to $79.8 million, with cloud annual recurring revenue up 23%. Americas revenue climbed 40%, while EMEA fell 11%.
