Regencell Shares Edge Down After New Lawsuit Notice
Regencell Bioscience shares fell 2.7% to $23.51 Tuesday after new investor alerts highlighted a June 23 lead plaintiff deadline in a U.S. class action lawsuit alleging the stock was open to manipulation. The company reported a $5.3 million net loss for the last half of 2025 and recently raised $20 million in a direct offering. Trading volume reached about 33,600 shares. The class action remains in early stages.
