SciSparc Shares Jumped Last Week, Market Awaits Monday Deal Deadline

SciSparc shares closed Friday at $9.81, up 130% from May 22, after volatility tied to its NeuroThera-CliniQuantum deal. The deadline for closing the acquisition was extended to June 1, pending Israeli tax and TSX Venture Exchange approval. NeuroThera will pay $9.46 million in stock for a 54% stake in CliniQuantum.
