SU Group’s Brutal Week Leaves $1 Line in Focus Before Monday Trade
SU Group Holdings’ Nasdaq-listed shares fell 31.5% to $1.02 Friday, extending a weeklong slide from $3.44 despite recent contract wins and an operating update. The drop followed a $6 million public offering with warrants that raised dilution concerns. Fiscal 2025 results showed revenue up 5.6% but gross margin down to 16% and a net loss of HK$18.5 million.
