Ucommune Stock Drops 9% Ahead of U.S. Holiday
Ucommune International shares fell 9.2% to $2.96 on Nasdaq Thursday, with after-hours quotes at $2.98. The Chinese flexible-office operator’s market value stood near $2.04 million, after trading volume more than doubled its daily average. The drop followed a May 12 filing revealing a $1.3 million, three-year GPU server lease and a recent 1-for-10 reverse stock split. Ucommune’s 2025 net loss narrowed to $5.2 million.
