ADP Stock Under Fresh Scrutiny as SEC Filings Show Mixed, Delayed Fund Moves
A Jan. 9 SEC filing showed TABR Capital Management took a $4.55 million ADP stake, but a Jan. 28 restatement removed the position. Wilmington Savings Fund Society’s amended Q3 filing showed 26,377 shares after selling 11,538. Nordea trimmed ADP by 0.8% in Q4, while Skandia reported 19,459 shares as of Sept. 30. ADP reported Q2 revenue of $5.36 billion, up 6%, and authorized a new $6 billion buyback.
