Netflix stock slips to $77 as Warner bid battle nears Monday deadline
Netflix shares fell 1.3% after hours Thursday, trading near $77, as investors watched its takeover battle with Paramount for Warner Bros Discovery. Netflix has bid $27.75 a share for Warner’s studio and streaming assets, while Paramount has offered $30 a share for the entire company. Paramount faces a Monday deadline to submit a final offer.
